Mine Vaganti NGO, Italy
Mine Vaganti NGO (MVNGO) is a non-profit social enterprise founded in Sardinia, Italy in 2009. With its main headquarters in Sassari and operational hubs in Olbia and Tempio Pausania, the organization operates locally, across Europe, and globally to promote social inclusion, intercultural dialogue and sustainable development through education, sport and international cooperation. MVNGO’s core activities include project design and implementation, education and training, thematic research, consultancy and international mobility programmes across the Youth, Adult, Vocational Education and Training (VET), Higher Education (HEI) and Sport sectors. The organization works with public and private partners to develop and manage projects under major institutional programmes such as Erasmus+, Horizon Europe, Creative Europe and others. A key focus of MVNGO’s work is to engage disadvantaged groups — including migrants and people with diverse abilities — by using formal and non-formal learning methods and sport-based approaches to foster inclusion, personal development and community participation. MVNGO also coordinates the National Higher Education Consortium (NHEI) and participates in international networks to support knowledge exchange and partnership development.
