NGO Darnoje

Lithuania

NGO Darnoje was officially established in 2016 in Lithuania, growing from an active informal group that has been working together since 2011. Its name, meaning “in harmony,” reflects its core philosophy.

The organization brings together experienced trainers and project managers specializing in social development, environmental protection, and personal growth. Darnoje is renowned for its expertise in non-formal education, implementing international seminars on topics such as entrepreneurship, ecology, and financial literacy. A key pillar of their work is the organization of mobile leadership and environmental camps, most notably “Lokiostovykla” (Bear’s Group), which focuses on outdoor experiential learning and survival skills. With team members having participated in over 50 international projects, the organization has extensive experience in coordinating and partnering within the Erasmus+ framework.

Darnoje’s activities are designed for a wide age range, divided into two main categories: youth (ages 14–25) and adults (ages 26–75). Their programs specifically target future leaders, individuals seeking personal empowerment, and those interested in environmental and social responsibility.
