Alphabet Formation (ABF) was established in 2016 as a non-profit organization based in Brussels, Belgium.

ABF is dedicated to the development of human capital by bridging the gap between various stakeholders, including private companies, public authorities, and educational institutions across Europe. Their core expertise lies in managing international mobility programs, organizing educational seminars, and delivering training courses focused on soft skills and digital competencies. The organization places a strong emphasis on non-formal and informal learning as a means to foster entrepreneurship, social inclusion, and active citizenship. Through its projects, ABF promotes the exchange of best practices and innovation in education while providing comprehensive administrative and logistical support for the implementation of European initiatives.

Their activities primarily target young people, adult learners, teachers, youth workers, and professionals seeking to develop 21st-century competencies. In addition to individuals, they collaborate closely with NGOs, schools, and municipalities throughout Europe.
